Early Bird

USD 220

Available until Nov 15th, 2025
  • This fee applies to each team member (student or teacher).
  • Teams of up to 10 students.
  • This includes all summit lunches, snacks, and dinners.
  • All conference materials are included.
  • Includes transportation to and from the airport.
  • Includes transportation to and from school to the recommended hotels.
  • Includes transportation to service day activities.
Regular

USD 250

From Nov. 16th to Dec. 15th
  • This fee applies to each team member (student or teacher).
  • Teams of 10 or more students, subject to availability once capacity is reached.
  • This includes all summit lunches, snacks, and dinners.
  • All conference materials are included.
  • Includes transportation to and from the airport.
  • Includes transportation to and from school to the recommended hotels.
  • Includes transportation to service day activities.

  • Registration closes on December 15th, 2025, or when all available spaces are filled.

  • Substitutions are permitted, according to policy.
