Circus Zambia is Zambia’s first professional circus company and a social enterprise that combines world-class entertainment with social impact.

Over the past 10 years, Circus Zambia has grown from a small local initiative into a company with international reach. Our artists have performed across Africa, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States, showcasing the richness of Zambian creativity while inspiring audiences around the world.

Founded by Zambian circus artists who grew up in Chibolya, one of Lusaka’s most marginalized communities. Circus Zambia harnesses the transformative power of circus to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and life tools they need to become changemakers in their own communities.

At the heart of Circus Zambia is our social circus program, which supports the body, mind, and soul of young participants. Through physical training, education, and life skills development, we help young people unlock their potential, embrace their stories, and discover their voices.

This year is extra special for us, as Circus Zambia celebrates 10 years of creativity and social impact, and we are excited to share our journey with students from across Africa, showing how courage, community, and imagination can spark meaningful change.
